Easiest in Microwave



•1 measure of oats

•2 measures of milk or water

•pinch of salt (optional)



1.Mix ingredients in microwavable bowl. Ensure the bowl is large enough to manage expansion of ingredients as they boil, otherwise it might overflow making a sticky mess! This means a bowl considerably larger than the quantity of porridge within.

2.Place in microwave and run on full power for two minutes

3.Stir and run for a further one or two minutes

4.Serve with a sweetener to taste, e.g. syrup, sugar, honey, etc.
